Winter Workshop....
is our mid-year retreat for members and non-members
alike. It is a one day workshop to rejuvenate and get some fresh ideas
in the middle of the dance year, along with catching up with teachers
from across the state.
We have one BIG name guest teacher and several member teachers come in
teaching a variety of subjects. For members "in good
standing" this workshop is FREE! For non-members and
members whose dues were paid after the "September 1st" deadline there is
a small charge of $40.00 for the day, which is a great deal when you
are getting 5-6 hours of great classes.

The 2011 Winter Workshop was held February 5, 2010 at the Centre
for Performing Arts in Graham, N.C. It was a great
weekend with great classes. Tracy
Davenport
was our guest teacher for the weekend teaching tap
and ballet classes. Teaching lyrical, jazz and contemporary was member
Temperance Robancho.
Additional classes were acro by member
Tori Melby and Zumba by members
Nicole Little and Jackie Olson.
After a day of great classes the 2nd meeting of the year was held.
During the meeting we held our annual drawing for a National and TTS
scholarship. The winners were:
